No disorderly, disruptive, or unsafe behavior that threatens the safety of others or the property.No loitering or solicitingNo vandalism, theft, or graffitiNo obscene language, gestures, or attireNo non-commercial expressive activity including unauthorized performances or use of devices that produce or amplify sound.No smoking, vaping, or use of illegal or illicit substancesNo open alcoholic beveragesIndividuals under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian in the common areas after 10pm.No scooters, skateboards, bicycles, or other wheeled recreational devices on premises. Devices may be removed without notice.Please dispose of trash properly and help keep our community clean.Pets are welcome in outdoor areas but must be on a leash. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.Commercial photography, filming, or drone use requires prior written approval.Filming and photography may occur on the property. By entering, you consent to being photographed or recorded.Failure to comply with the Code of Conduct or lawful or reasonable requests by Fifth + Broadway management or security personnel may result in your loss of the privilege to use the property, including asking you to leave the premises and/or criminal prosecution, where applicable. Fifth + Broadway expressly retains the right to revise or modify this Code of Conduct as necessary.
