NATIONAL MUSEUM OF AFRICAN AMERICAN MUSIC

NMAAM is the only museum dedicated to preserving and celebrating the many music genres created, influenced, and inspired by African Americans. The museum’s expertly curated collections share the story of the American soundtrack by integrating history and interactive technology to bring the musical heroes of the past into the present.

Museum visitors are eligible to receive 2-hour* free parking in the retail garage. To redeem, patrons must park in the retail garage using the Broadway entrance and proceed to the museum where parking vouchers are available at the museum’s front desk.

Parking spaces in the garage will not be reserved and will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The availability of space is not guaranteed.

*For visits over 2 hours or on event rate days, the voucher will provide $17 off the total parking cost.
